Dubai- September 27th 2012: In order for UAE companies to develop effective
leaders they need to focus on engaging with people and creating a diverse
employee group.
A recent study revealed that employee diversity is a major
advantage to companies and could result in over 50 percent return on
investment in employee performance.
Veronica Munro head of Leadership Effectiveness at Standard Chartered and
speaker at the HR Summit and Expo 2012 in Dubai, explained: “Companies in
the UAE need to focus on these two factors; passion and diversity.
