Restaurant Suppliers Guide is designed to serve as a source book for restaurants and other food service establishments in the Greater New York City Market, including all the boroughs, Westchester, Rockland, Long Island, and parts of Northern New Jersey.
Every effort has been made to make this book as complete as possible, but the primary responsibility for inclusion in this book rests with industry suppliers. Though listings are FREE, suppliers must request inclusion by submitting an official FREE listing form that is available on the FSIS Guide website at: http://restaurantsuppliersdirectory.com/. Suppliers can also call Stevens Publishing Company to request a free Listing Form via fax.
